1. Overview

Builder CRM respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our platform.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used or published through Builder CRM without your authorization, you may submit a written DMCA Notice to our designated agent with the following information:

Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
A description of where the infringing content is located on the Builder CRM platform (include specific URLs, page titles, or user account names, if applicable).
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

3. Counter Notification Procedure

If you are a Builder CRM user and you believe your content was removed in error due to a DMCA takedown notice, you may send us a written counter-notification containing:

Your name, address, phone number, and email address.

Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was taken down.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or Travis County, Texas if outside the U.S.).
Your physical or electronic signature.

If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the removed material unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Builder CRM may terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat infringers or who habitually upload content in violation of third-party rights.
