If you choose to retain your Builder CRM phone number(s) during a paused subscription, an additional charge of $2.50/month per number will apply. This ensures your numbers remain active and secure, as they are provisioned through a third-party telecom provider.
This charge will appear as a credit top-up based on your billing preferences set within your Builder CRM account.
If you do not wish to keep these numbers, you may release them by navigating to Settings → Phone Numbers and selecting ‘Delete’ next to each number. Once released, numbers may become available to other users and cannot be recovered later.
